Having been very pleased with our Himalayan Salt Lamps, we decided to try the other forms of the salt as well! We began using Himalayan Salt in our cooking and discovered that it does in fact have a rich salt flavor that is different from regular table salt. We also discovered that we use less of the Himalayan Pink Sea Salt than we normally would regular salt, regardless of the dish we use it on or in.

Our favorite meat to use the salt on is fish, as we have found that the flavor is absolutely perfect for bringing out the flavor of any fish we have tried it on; everything from Talapia to Brook Trout. We also prefer it to table salt it in our Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe, and, being  "salty and sweet" food lovers, we have tried it in our ice cream concoctions and in candies as well! All of our  recipes have turned out great, including our attempt at cooking on a Himalayan Salt Grill!

We look forward to using this wonderful salt in our Holiday candies and goodies for and extra special touch this year!
