This is a great tasting dish that is impressive for
entertaining! It works great as an appetizer; you can quickly and easily make a
large batch, and the glass dish can be placed on a table for a fabulous
presentation! Set out the lemon wedges, serving tongs and napkins and let
everyone dig in!

- Desired amount of Oysters
- 1 Lemon (cut into wedges)
Devilled Butter Sauce
- ½ Tbsp Dry Mustard
- ½ pound softened butter
- A1 Steak Sauce
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Anchovy Sauce
- Ketsup
- Tobasco Sauce
Directions:
1. Place a layer of Himalayan Course Sea Salt in the baking dish and arrange the oysters on the salt.
2. Mix Butter, Dry Mustard and ¼ bottle of A1 in a bowl until it has formed a smooth paste. Then add ¼ bottle of Worcestershire Sauce, ¼ bottle of anchovy sauce, 2 tbsp Ketsup and a dash or two of Tobasco sauce. Work together until blended.
3. Pour a little of the deviled sauce onto each oyster.
4. Place in the oven at 450 degrees for 12-15 mintues.
5. Once done, serve immediately with lemon wedges.
