Cream Cheese Oysters Rockefeller Baked on Himalayan Sea Salt
This delicious version of Oysters Rockefeller is quick & easy to prepare & features an impressive presentation, baked and served on 
Himalayan Course Grain Sea Salt!  With a rich, gourmet flavor, it's the perfect appetizer for any occasion and makes a great appetizer for Holiday Parties!

Prep Time: 30 Min.

Ingredients: 
  • 24 freshly opened medium oysters
  • 2 Batches Green Onions (Green Ends Chopped into 1/2" long pieces, White Parts Sliced into thin rounds) 
  • Two 8oz. packages Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 lbs Course Himalayan Sea Salt

Directions:

1.   Preheat oven to 450 Degrees
2.   Spread sea salt onto a pan and arrange the oysters in their half shells on top. 

3.   Spoon 2tsp. cream cheese on each oyster, then sprinkle with desired amount of onion.
4.   Bake 10 minutes or until cooked through, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese, change the oven's setting to high and bake until cheese is melted & browned on top.
Serve hot.
